   Account creation data necessary to create an account: first and last name, date of birth, username, and email address.

   Account creation data you can share with us: profile picture.

   Content data: Includes profile pictures, photos, videos, captions, news captions, link captions, comments, likes, biography, sports scenes, sports votes, language settings, and news categories you create while using our services.

   Communication with tscene.net: When you provide feedback, respond to surveys, or request support, we receive the following information from you: message content, photos, videos, copies of a government ID, phone numbers or email addresses, or other information.

 

Remember, other users can make a copy (e.g., a screenshot) of your content and share it via other services. Therefore, we recommend you not share content that others should not see or copy.

 

1.2 Information we collect as you use our services

We collect information about your device, your use of our services, and your interactions within the app and website.

   Technical and usage data: IP addresses, account creation date, last access, device type, and connection.

   Interaction data: Friends, number of friends, friend invitations, reactions, comments you leave on shared content, friends with whom you interact the most, feature data related to comments or messages.

   Usage data: To understand how users interact with the app and website. This includes the time you posted something; how often you took a photo or a video; the number of Scenes posts; viewed content; content interactions; deletions; blocking; hiding; screenshots; app crashes, and event logs.

   Device and equipment data: Device type, operating system version, language settings, and applications. We also receive data if you voluntarily choose to use certain features of our services:

   Cameras and photo library: You can create an account without allowing us access to your device's camera or photo library to collect data. However, if you deny us this access, you will not be able to share or view content on our services. This is an essential part of tscene's functionality.

   Audio: You can create an account without allowing us access to your device's audio. However, if you deny us this access, you will not be able to share or view video content on our services. This is an essential part of tscene's functionality.

   Notifications: You can create an account without allowing us access to your device's notifications. However, if you deny us this access, you will not be able to receive or view messages. This is an essential part of tscene's functionality.

   Integration with partners: If you want to connect a partner app for a specific integration into tscene, we receive information that allows us to provide you with this feature. This includes all necessary device data and other optional data you wish to share as part of the integration.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

 

We do not sell your information and only use it to provide, improve, and customize our services, including:

 

   Operating, improving, and providing our services: To create an account for you, receive and display content, identify content or accounts that may interest you, ensure our services are functioning as expected, and improve them.

   Security and protection: Ensuring security and protection for you and other users, the security of our services, our partners, and compliance with laws and regulations.

   Measurement and analysis: Measuring the effectiveness of our services, including app performance (e.g., crashes and reasons for them), stability, your use for recommendations for accounts and content.

   Communication: We use information about you to communicate with you. For example, when we communicate with you about a feature of our services or when you contact us to ask a question or report content.

   Research and development of new features, to receive user feedback. When we research something, we'll let you know and ask if you want to participate. If so, you share information for research and product testing purposes.

 

3. Sharing Your Information

 

We only share your information when necessary to provide our services or when legally required. Recipients may include:

 

   Employees of tscene.net who require authorized access.

   Other users, depending on your settings and how you use our services.

   Service providers that help us provide our services.

   Partner integrations: To offer you a specific feature, we may need to share your information with the relevant partner to integrate the feature into our services.

   Legal and regulatory purposes, if required.

   Change of ownership: In the event of a merger, company acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, tscene could share, sell, or transfer your information.

 

4. Storing Your Information

 

We store and process your personal data as long as necessary for the purpose of the processing. We process personal data necessary for the fulfillment of the contract for the duration of the business relationship and beyond, according to legal retention and documentation obligations, for a period of seven years. In individual cases, such as in ongoing authority or court proceedings, this storage period may also be longer than seven years. In the case of foreseeable legal disputes, your personal data may also be retained longer, at least until the expiration of the relevant statutes of limitations for legal claims.

 

Our goal is to store your information only as long as needed to provide you with our services. Sometimes we need to retain your data longer than planned. Typically, your information is stored as follows:

   Account creation data: stored indefinitely (i.e., as long as you have an active account) since it is necessary for providing and managing your account. If you delete your account, the information will be deleted.

   Content data: stored indefinitely (i.e., as long as you have an active account) or until you delete the content.

   Communication with tscene: stored for a maximum of 24 months.

   Connection and technical data: stored for a maximum of 24 months. However, some connection data is also part of the account creation data and is stored accordingly.

   Interaction data: stored indefinitely (i.e., as long as you have an active account) or until you delete the interactions.

   Usage data: stored for a maximum of 24 months.

   Device and equipment data: stored for a maximum of 24 months. However, some connection data is also part of the account creation data and is stored accordingly.

   Cameras and photo library: Content data is stored indefinitely (i.e., as long as you have an active account) or until you delete the content. Remember, we don't upload all your photos. You decide which content is uploaded and shared. As mentioned, you can allow or deny access to your device's camera and photo library at any time, but if you refuse permission, you won't be able to share or view content on our services. This is an essential part of tscene's functionality.

 

5. Control Over Your Information

 

You have control over your information, including:

 

   Notification settings: In the app settings, you can choose and thus control which notifications you want to receive through our services.

   Blocking or hiding users: You can report and block users via the tscene email (hello@tscene.net). We will analyze and evaluate accordingly.

   Control who can comment on your scenes.

   Control of audio permissions in your app permission service.

   Deleting your account.

 

6. General Note on Website Cookies

 

When using our website, we use cookies to temporarily store certain information. Some cookies are necessary for the operation of our website (technical). Other cookies, however, are not essential for the operation of the website but serve, for example, to increase user-friendliness or analyze user behavior. 7. Your Rights

For creating such a data copy, we may charge you a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.

   Right to rectification: You have the right to request the correction or completion of concerning inaccurate data.

   Right to erasure: You generally have the right to request the deletion of data concerning you. However, this right to erasure does not exist if the processing is

-      necessary for the right to freedom of expression and information; or

-      to fulfill a legal obligation requiring processing under the law of the Union or the Member States to which the controller is subject, or to perform a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller; or

   Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to request the restriction of processing if at least one of the following conditions applies:

-      you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data; or

-      the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead; or

-      the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; or

-      you have objected to processing pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override your interests. If you have obtained restriction of processing, we may only process these personal data apart from their storage with your consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or of a Member State.

   Right to data portability: You generally also have the right to receive the data you have provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller. However, the right to data portability only exists if the processing is based on your consent or on a contract and the processing is carried out by automated means.

   Right to object: You have the right to object to processing based on a legitimate interest of ours or a third party. In the event of an objection, we will no longer process your data unless the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims or we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests. An objection to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes is possible at any time and results in us no longer being allowed to process your data for this purpose.
